Returns

Because of the nature of the items and for sanitary reasons we will not accept any returns. In the case of gift card purchases, returns will not be allowed.  

Refunds

Because of the nature of the items and for sanitary reasons we will not accept any returns. And thus no refunds will normally be allowed. However please contact us with any issues that you may have with the products and we will do our best to make things right. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. You must contact the shop at verganci.shop@gmail.com with images of both the packaging, the item(s), the order number, and the name for the order if this ever occurs. 

DISCLAIMER; Fraudulent Disputes 

We keep records of all orders purchased. If a customer chooses to fraudulently dispute a transaction with their bank or a third-party service etc., we will counter dispute and reclaim the funds. Please note, once this has occurred said customer may no longer be permitted to make any future purchases with us, and any purchases may be canceled. We also hold the right to cancel any order for any reason.
